1 out of 5 starsThis seller is a liar & extremily RUDE!!!! She told me that I was going to be able to add text & pictures to the format I purchased & it wasnt true!!! She has horrible bedside manners! Very disappointed!!! Please dont waste your time & money with this person. She is a fraud!!!!

The jpg file you purchased is easily re-sized and fully editable to add text and pictures when imported into a wide variety of software. You have received exactly what is described in the listing. Unfortunately I cannot train you to use jpg images not knowing the programs or hardware you are using. It's best for you to become familiar with your software before attempting your project. Although you have already downloaded and received the file, I have refunded your $4.35 purchase.
